Hi Ramesh,

My two friends and I were travelling in the south of India in July 2008 and everytime we came back to Kerala we went straight to Dal Roti! Our favourite dish was paneer and vegetable-stuffed paratha, you made it especially for us! Could I please have the recipe when you have time? Thanks for a wonderful Indian culinary experience... we will never forget it!
